Future Plans On 14th St.
Our location on 14th Street will be one of a kind. Located on the same street as the proposed pier reconstruction project and less than a block from the ocean, this mixed use facility will feature three decks of on site parking large enough to accommodate several large tour buses as well as parking for guests and residents. The facility will have many amenities for our guests including storage units for beach chairs and bikes. Residents enjoy care free living while staying in the luxurious beach style facility, with an impressive third floor outdoor pool deck and recreation area, residents can enjoy the private pool side scenery with a view facing the beach. The pool side deck will also host a gaming area, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and picnic areas. the Ground level also will have retail space for lease.
With plans to complete our mixed use building on 27th Street Virginia Beach, in the spring of 2017, things are taking off. We recently took down our office located on the proposed site of our latest building project.
The process of clearing the site for construction to begin in the fall of 2016 is underway!
