The Beach lofts provide comfort and convenience. The state of the art facility has four units that offer all the comforts of home including living area, dining area, and full kitchen amenities. The lofts are fully furnished from the top down, including washers and dryers! Families on vacation have all they need to enjoy time with the family and the beach, without the worries. These prime living quarters are located in the heart of the oceanfront resort area so park the car, unpack the kids, and walk to the beach!
Safety is paramount. The lofts at 204 27th St. have secure key card access for the entrance doors, elevators, and the living quarters. The building has fire suppression systems as well as detectors for every area of the building. Our entrance areas and parking facilities are well lit. Reserve power and call box station make our elevator system the safest in the world. All accesses to the building are handicap friendly as well as some of the lofts.
All Master bathrooms are handicap friendly as well.
